The DNS computer name typically comprises the computer name plus the domain name. DNS Computer Name - The fully qualified DNS computer name identifying the machine on the network.Domain/Workgroup - The workgroup or domain the computer belongs to.Computer Name - The name assigned the machine by users of the machine.Time Zone - The time zone used by the machine.
